Job Description
International company with multiple US locations is seeking a Fabrication Manager for one of their facilities.

DUTIES
** Serve as member of the Senior Management Team
** P&L responsibility for the Fabrication Division
** Responsible for divisional budgeting and planning
** Work with sales in development of new customers and support of existing customers
** Development and implementation of a staff training plan
** Overall responsibility for managing the Fabrication Division staff with 2 supervisors and 60-70 employees
** Has the authority to establish and enforce policies related to the operation of the Fabrication Division in conjunction with Management; and in particular works with Quality Assurance to ensure that the Quality Policy is understood and adhered to, and that established quality guidelines and procedures (ISO 9002) are followed.

QUALIFICATIONS
** 4 year degree required - Business or Engineering degree preferred
** minimum 10 years of experience in metal fabrication manufacturing - must know the policies, practices, equipment and processes
** must be computer savvy
