Job Description
A leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Payroll processing
Pre-screening and hiring of hourly employees
Attendance policy and workers compensation administration
Internal investigations such as Workers Comp, sexual harassment, discrimination etc.
Employee counseling, warnings and terminations
All other related Human Resource functions
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in the Human Resource Generalist capacity
Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment or similar industry
